About The Company

A venture studio dedicated to decarbonization, with an intent to cut 1GT of emissions from the industrial segment by 2035. One of their projects is building an India Industrial Decarbonisation Thesis.

They are looking to hire a full-time associate who is able to work closely with the founders to do deep dives on technologies that they are looking at and write a thesis to aid the deployment decisions.

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in core engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields) is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy Systems, Sustainability, or related fields) is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Work Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an analyst in industrial, energy, or sustainability sectors, preferably in a management consulting firm.
• Prior industry work experience is a plus.

3. Desired Skills & Traits

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Experience in techno-economic analysis, life cycle assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into well-structured reports and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft detailed reports and strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with industrial processes and decision-making frameworks.
• Structured thinker with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
