Our Client is seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Team Lead to join our finance team. This leader will manage and mentor a team of billing professionals, overseeing the end-to-end billing cycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue collection. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of billing professionals
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment
• Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and knowledge

Billing Operations & Oversight

• Oversee the entire billing and accounts receivable cycle
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation and dispatch
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for complex client billing inquiries
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer success teams to resolve billing issues and improve client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth payment processes
