They develop eco-friendly alternatives using green chemistry and repurposed agricultural waste, creating solutions such as coated paper, bubble-wrap replacements, eco inks, and moulded packaging that maintain performance while reducing environmental harm.

The client is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the F&B packaging segment across Bangalore and Hyderabad. This role is designed for a professional currently in packaging procurement or purchase who wants to transition into a customer-facing sales career. Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new B2B clients across F&B clusters in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
• Technical Sales: Conduct packaging audits and provide material recommendations (GSM, barrier properties, food-grade specs) to provide cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
• End-to-End Sales Funnel: Own the entire cycle from lead generation and offline BD to RFQ management, sampling, and final conversion.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a technical consultant to client purchase heads, speaking their language to build long-term trust. Business Development Manager

Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years as a Purchase Manager or Purchase Head specifically in the Packaging or F&B industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and food safety standards.
• Network: Familiarity with the industrial and F&B landscape in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
