Responsibilities

• Devise and implement innovative business models from the current sale-only model to unlock the technology’s full potential.
• Devise and drive strategy for scaling across national and international markets. Build a solid order book with healthy liquidity.
• Lead the company partnerships with waste contractors, waste management firms, and government bodies.
• Manage, oversee and optimize day-to-day operations at manufacturing facility, optimise costs, improve quality and building a world-class team.
• Identify massive growth opportunities in India and Internationally and execute strategy towards the same with existing products/enhanced product line.
• Identify and lead development of new product lines which can maximize market share of the company in India as well as outside India.
• Be always ready to get your hands dirty in the factory/at sites/at customer locations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to deliver a product that truly solves the massive problem of waste.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should preferably (not mandatory) bring experience and skills in the following areas: • Waste Management Expertise: Understanding of waste management or circular economy sectors. • Government & PPPs: Experience working with government procurement processes, joint ventures with government, and public-private partnerships.
• Engineering Knowledge: Background in mechanical/industrial engineering, or understanding of engineering principles relevant to product development and deployment.
• Business Scaling: Track record of growing companies from INR 30-40 crore to INR 400+ crore or equivalent multi-fold scaleups.
• Innovative Product Experience: Experience with introduction and scaling of a new and first-of-its-kind, industry-creating technologies, preferably hardware or technology-driven, rather than conventional offerings.
• Global Expansion: Experience with international scaling, ideally to developing countries would be preferred.
