Responsibilities

• Build and refine financial and business models that unlock maximum value across two business verticals
• Take ownership of equity and debt fundraising, working independently on investor communications, diligence, and presentations.
• Manage and grow a capable finance team, establishing strong systems for forecasting, compliance, and reporting.
• Develop and implement go/no-go decisions for new product lines and new markets, based on real-time financial and market data.
• Maintain a sharp eye for market sizing—both in India and internationally—and assess product/market fit using data-backed insights.
• Lead the international business and financial modelling efforts; should have demonstrated this in prior roles and ideally executed the same.
• Be on constant lookout for new geographies, sectors, or verticals where TrashMan’s offerings can create exponential value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial modelling, cost optimization, and business forecasting for manufacturing or hardware-intensive businesses.
• Strong grasp of market sizing techniques, TAM/SAM/SOM frameworks, and competitive benchmarking.
• Past exposure to international markets and demonstrated ability to structure financial models and execute growth plans abroad.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, preferably with engineered or sustainable products.
• Prior track record of leading or supporting fundraising rounds and engaging with institutional investors.
