The client is seeking a hands-on Corporate HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations while actively shaping employee engagement and culture. This role requires someone who can build structured HR systems from the ground up, work closely with leadership, and align people practices with evolving business goals in a growing organization.
● Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
● Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
● Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor regulations.
● Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
● Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning.
● Manage candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
● Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
● Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
● Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback.
