About the Role**
Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Lead to lead their
digital marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, a passion for sustainability, and a track record of achieving results. In this role, you will shape the brand's online presence, engage their target audience, and oversee digital customer experience journey.
Responsibilities
- Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience's needs, pain points, and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain consumer insights, comprehend product features, value proposition, and market trends.
- Customer Experience: Take ownership of the entire digital customer experience journey and oversee a roadmap including, but not limited to, all touchpoints (website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand salience and relevance.
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and mission. This includes defining target audiences, setting clear objectives, and selecting the most effective digital channels and tactics.
- Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic. Monitor and analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Email Marketing: Oversee customer journeys and develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Monitor email campaign performance and continually refine strategies to improve results.
- Sales Pipeline: Oversee the complete sales funnel and implement a strategy for building a sales pipeline and monitoring the sales funnel to drive growth. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, as well as their impact on the business (ROI and KPIs).
- Analytics and Reporting: Directly responsible for increasing traffic, conversion, and ROI across all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, SEO, remarketing, display, email, and social media.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to energy efficiency and sustainability. Use insights to refine and adapt digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (6 to 7 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution and a proven track record of managing the brand's end-to-end digital customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
