Their work spans across sustainability, low-carbon technologies, and carbon markets, helping clients navigate the complex landscape of carbon offsets and environmental commodity markets. They are now looking for problem-solvers who are passionate about sustainability and eager to drive impactful change. The candidate will join the cCarbon team, focused on providing business intelligence and analytics for carbon markets. This role involves leading a team, driving thought leadership, and delivering insights on compliance and voluntary carbon offset programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build the business case in Sustainability related areas including but not limited to Corporate ESG disclosure, investor portfolio assessment, sustainability finance, green/climate finance, and sustainable and responsible investing (SRI).
• Provide expert climate finance advisory services to clients including corporations, governments, and financial institutions on mobilizing and managing funds for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
• Lead the project team(s) in formulating timely and cost-effective solutions to meet client needs.
• Regularly monitor project progress, ensuring quality deliverables and providing inputs to team members.
• Plan and undertake field/site visits as required for various client engagements.
• Create and implement client retention strategies to strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, concept notes, and other collateral to present the firm’s capabilities.
• Develop innovative solutions in Sustainability Finance and generate intellectual property.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber team by providing development opportunities and aligning them with client expectations.
• Oversee and guide Senior Associates, Associates, and Analysts to ensure smooth project delivery.
