This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing production operations, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and driving project execution. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for operational performance, delivery timelines, vendor development, and customer deployment, with opportunities to grow into a director-level role.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Operations & Leadership

• Lead day-to-day production operations ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Drive adoption of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Build tools and systems for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA/DFMEA, and field feedback tracking
• Support total quality management, vendor development, and onboarding processes

Project Management

• Oversee engineering project execution from concept to deployment
• Create project timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively
• Support customer-site deployments and assist service teams with breakdown response

Team Building & People Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor engineering staff
• Conduct performance reviews and implement team improvement strategies
• Foster a culture of ownership, hustle, and technical rigor
