The Finance & Growth Controller will lead all core financial functions including strategy, operations, compliance, and planning. This role is critical to enabling the company's growth trajectory and ensuring financial discipline as it scales. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in forecasting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, vendor finance, and cross-functional collaboration, while fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Build and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Advise leadership with strategic financial analysis and data-driven insights
• Implement cash flow strategies for sustainable liquidity

Compliance & Accounting

• Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory filings
• Ensure accuracy in taxation (GST, TDS, income tax) and legal requirements
• Manage full-cycle accounting operations and closings

Cash Flow & Budgeting

• Track cash inflows/outflows and manage capital efficiently
• Analyze budget vs. actuals and revise forecasts accordingly
• Identify and mitigate financial risks proactively

Procurement & Vendor Finance

• Optimize vendor payments, reconciliations, and contract negotiations
