About the Organization

Our client is a nature-tech and climate finance company operating at the intersection of ecology, technology, and sustainable finance. Incubated within leading academic ecosystems, the organization is building intelligence platforms that transform biodiversity and carbon data into finance-grade insights for enterprises, investors, and project developers. With a focus on environmental reporting, biodiversity mapping, nature conservation, and nature-finance initiatives, the company is scaling rapidly from pilot engagements to enterprise deployments.

About the Role

The client is seeking a Founder’s Office – Strategic Partnerships & Business Development professional to help scale strategic partnerships and commercial growth across climate and biodiversity initiatives. This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise partnerships, and build early-stage revenue pipelines within the climate-tech and sustainability ecosystem.

Your Role

• Identify, reach out and establish initial connects with senior decision-makers in corporates, developers, investors, governments, accelerators, and multilateral programs

• Set up and run initial discovery/intro calls; progress opportunities toward pilots, strategic partnerships, or co-creation programs

• Convert early pilots into recurring, high-value revenue streams in collaboration with founders

• Design and refine scalable pricing, contracting, and partnership models for SaaS and turnkey solutions

• Represent the organization externally with customers, partners, investors, and at global sustainability forums

• Optimize existing lightweight commercial processes (CRM rigor, outreach cadences, partner intel, proposal support) that future-proof scale

• Collaborate closely with founders on fundraising materials, strategy, and long-term market positioning
