Its mission is to drive circular economy adoption in construction while preventing large volumes of plastic waste from reaching landfills.
They are seeking a highly business-oriented Head – Accounts & Finance to drive financial strategy, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across the organization. This is not a traditional accounting role, it requires deep involvement with plant operations, leadership teams, and commercial functions to build financial discipline, improve profitability, and support expansion through strong planning and capital strategy.
● Drive strong financial discipline across the organization by identifying opportunities for cost control and optimization.
● Continuously analyze cost structures across plants and operations to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
● Work closely with operations teams to identify cost improvement opportunities in procurement, production, logistics, and overheads.
● Implement systems and processes that ensure financial efficiency across departments.
● Develop frameworks to monitor plant-level and company-level cost performance.
● Develop strong plant-level cost governance systems to track and control production costs.
● Work closely with plant leadership to monitor raw material usage, operational costs, and productivity metrics.
● Identify cost leakages and implement corrective mechanisms.
● Create cost dashboards and reporting structures that allow real-time visibility into plant economics.
● Develop strong financial reporting systems that provide clear and timely insights for leadership.
● Build robust MIS dashboards and financial analysis frameworks for decision-making.
