Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy platform focused on developing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clean energy solutions across India. The organization is building a large-scale portfolio spanning solar, wind, hybrid renewable projects, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), delivering reliable renewable power through Open Access, Group Captive, and Third-Party Sale models. Backed by experienced industry leaders and infrastructure investors, the company is rapidly expanding its project footprint across the country.
As GM Projects, you will own the entire project delivery function for the client's solar open access portfolio — field execution, head-office coordination, planning, the procurement interface, client and DISCOM management, and team leadership. You are the single point of accountability for every project, from groundbreaking to commissioning.
This is a field-anchored leadership role, not a head-office one. You should be able to walk onto any site under your command and know within the hour whether it is genuinely on track or being managed through optimistic reporting — site teams should not be able to bluff you. The same execution authority that makes you effective on-site is what will make you effective as GM.
