By improving performance of underutilized treatment systems and enabling compliance through data-driven operations, the organization is addressing critical water and climate challenges. Backed by global investors and working with both private and public sector entities, the company operates at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and sustainability

The client is seeking a Government Tender Lead (B2G Business Development) to drive public sector growth across key regions in India. This is a high-trust, relationship-led role requiring deep government engagement, ownership of tender strategy, and end-to-end bid management. The role demands someone who can navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, influence decision-making at multiple levels, and convert long-cycle opportunities into sustainable revenue.


Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Government Relationship Building

● Leverage existing core government connections

● Develop strong working relationships across departments

● Engage consistently in field presence and in-person meetings

● Build trust in high-value, long-cycle government transactions

2. Tender & Bid Strategy

● Identify relevant tenders and upcoming opportunities

● Strategize pre-qualification (PQ) documentation

● Work closely with technical and operations teams for bid submissions

● Bring creativity and clarity in language positioning

3. Solution Selling

● Understand and articulate technical IoT-enabled water solutions

● Translate technical offerings into policy and compliance value
