With proven technology and growing market demand, the organization is now seeking a Growth Director to drive revenue, strengthen market positioning, and turn momentum into a sustainable monetization engine.
This role requires a strategic thinker, brand builder, and deal-closer who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the brand, driving partnerships, and leading with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You Will Do
- Build & Lead the Growth Vertical: Develop and execute the organization’s growth strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and brand positioning, working closely with the Founder.
- Scale Revenue Streams: Drive revenue through product sales, B2B partnerships, and innovative monetization strategies.
- Grow the Brand: Work closely with the Founder and advisors to position the organization as a category-defining brand, ensuring its impact story reaches and resonates with the right audiences.
- Sales & Partnerships: Lead sales efforts, secure high-value deals, and build lasting relationships with businesses aligned with the mission.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across multiple channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Expertise: 3-6 years in a high-growth environment, ideally in sales, growth marketing, or brand management. Experience in scaling a brand from early traction to significant revenue.
- Sales & Business Acumen: A natural at selling, building relationships, and closing deals with B2B partners and B2C.
- Brand & Storytelling: Can communicate a compelling narrative and build a monetization engine around the organization’s unique story.
- Team & Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams. And not traditional, authoritative leadership—we are looking for humility in leadership, where the best ideas win, not egos.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Deep understanding of growth metrics, sales pipelines, and customer acquisition strategies.
