An innovative organization working at the intersection of sustainability and menstrual hygiene management, they have developed a patented recycling technology that transforms used sanitary pads into recyclable materials—offering a solution to the environmental challenges of traditional disposal methods.
The Growth Manager will play a key strategic role in scaling revenue and impact across innovative business verticals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, leading cross-functional projects, building ecosystem partnerships, and representing the organization externally. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, bringing a strong mix of strategic thinking, business development, and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Project Management
- Lead high-impact growth projects across waste-to-value, ad-based vending, and community initiatives
- Design and execute scalable initiatives aligned with the organization’s sustainability mission
- Manage multi-stakeholder pilots (e.g., app-based sanitary waste collection, housing society programs, public space rollouts)
- Track project KPIs, budgets, and outcomes to drive data-backed decisions
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Develop and validate new revenue streams, including upcycled products and advertising partnerships
- Build institutional, community, and public sector partnerships to scale sanitary waste collection
- Drive B2B collaborations to commercialize new offerings (e.g., vending machines, recovery services)
- Lead ecosystem engagement with government bodies, NGOs, and sustainability platforms
- Negotiate and structure long-term, high-impact collaborations
- Identify and apply for relevant grants, funding, and awards
External Representation & Thought Leadership
- Represent the organization at sustainability forums, industry events, and public platforms
- Contribute to articles, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Build visibility through speaking engagements and strategic storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in growth, strategy, partnerships, or business development
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong revenue generation, business development, and negotiation skills
- Passion for sustainability, menstrual health, and circular economy innovation
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
