About the Role

The client is seeking an HR Operations Manager to build and manage end-to-end HR systems across a growing, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role focused on talent acquisition, compliance, HR systems, and institutional coordination, requiring someone who can operate independently while setting up structured processes in a fast-evolving, deep-tech ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

● Own end-to-end hiring for FY27 roles including JD publishing, screening, scheduling, and offer management

● Build university hiring pipelines with IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, NIT Trichy and other M.Tech / PhD programs

● Design and implement structured onboarding programs including policy orientation, safety induction and ESOP processes

2. HR Systems & Compliance

● Implement and manage HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Darwinbox or equivalent

● Manage payroll and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC and gratuity across entities

● Develop performance management systems aligned with the IDC milestone and OKR framework

● Administer ESOP pools including grants, vesting schedules and exercises
