About The Role

This leadership role is critical to shaping the organization’s strategic direction and long-term growth. It combines responsibilities across capital raising, strategic partnerships, corporate planning, and execution support. Working closely with C-suite leadership, the role involves aligning financial and technical planning with business goals, developing strategic alliances, and supporting the organization’s go-to-market and investor engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital Formation

• Lead equity and non-dilutive fundraising (e.g., Series A, grants)
• Develop investor materials and manage data rooms
• Build and maintain investor relationships (VCs, CVCs, DFIs, strategic partners)
• Support capital planning, financial modeling, and long-term strategy

2. Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance

• Collaborate with finance team on business planning and growth strategy
• Drive financial modeling and techno-economic analysis of product lines
• Prepare board-level reports and investor updates
• Conduct market intelligence, customer segmentation, and scenario planning

3. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Identify and negotiate co-development deals, joint ventures, and partnerships
