With a goal to cut 29 million tons of CO₂ emissions by 2030, they’re helping India move toward Net Zero. They are dedicated to continuous innovation and data-driven solutions that empower clients to achieve sustainability goals while significantly reducing energy costs.
They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join the team as Head of Engineering. The organization is scaling deployments and expanding data-driven intelligence and continuous optimization capabilities through full automation. The Head of Engineering will collaborate with leadership and customers to align the software with the organization’s mission. This individual will lead a team of engineers, work cross-functionally, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a globally competitive product for automatic and continuous performance optimization at scale and own and evangelize the product vision, execute road map goals, and work cross-functionally across the organization
- Recruit, lead, and inspire India’s top energy product team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Engineering team closely, and oversee design, development, and delivery of energy optimization solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the energy sector to drive innovation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading product teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- 10+ years in Product roles, including 3+ years in leadership or management
- Manage all the phases of the product, ensuring both internal and external involvement and
ensuring the deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
- Experience in startups or startup-like conditions (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity)
- Industry exposure in HVAC or allied sectors preferred
