As they establish their R&D Centre in Chennai to drive our next phase of growth, they are seeking a senior product development manager/Head of R&D who pushes their drive for innovation, quality, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in their vision to build a world leader in heating & cooling solutions that will contribute to 100MT of CO2 reduction while building a multi-billion-dollar company over the next decade.
We are seeking an Engineer who comes with an entrepreneurial and a go-getter mindset. Working closely with the CEO and technology director, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting and executing the product and technology roadmap. This position requires expertise in fluid mechanics, heating and cooling technologies as well as mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering aspects of product development.
