The organisation aims to decarbonise industrial manufacturing. Starting with steel, their AI- and blockchain-powered SaaS platform enables manufacturers to measure, reduce, and monetise their CO₂ footprint—from mill-level data capture to carbon credit generation. They are also scaling biochar production and a green-steel marketplace, offering clients a comprehensive toolkit to produce and trade truly low-carbon steel.
This is a strategic leadership position focused on driving enterprise adoption and revenue growth across India. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, and working closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies. The role offers a unique opportunity to scale a climate-tech solution in industrial sectors and contribute meaningfully to decarbonisation efforts in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PAN-India sales efforts with a focus on the northern regions
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from outreach to closure
- Build and deepen relationships with key industrial clients in the steel segment
- Define and implement go-to-market and pricing strategies
- Drive revenue growth and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise sales. Experience with steel background preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or national sales teams
- Strong understanding of industrial sectors such as steel, cement, power, or automotive
- Demonstrated success in closing large, strategic deals and engaging CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen
- Passion for sustainability and climate-tech
- Prior experience in early-stage (0–1) startup environments preferred
