The National Head of Sales (India) will lead all business development and sales operations for the Indian market, with a primary focus on electrolyzer products and green hydrogen solutions. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building strategic partnerships, delivering on revenue targets, and positioning the company as a hydrogen leader in the country. The candidate will work closely with the global leadership team and oversee a growing sales function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for green hydrogen technologies
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across key industrial sectors
- Define revenue goals and build execution plans aligned with broader business objectives
- Implement and optimize go-to-market strategies for various segments
2. Market Development & Growth
- Identify growth opportunities in sectors like renewables, industrial energy, and clean mobility
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy
- Build partnerships with government, energy firms, and private industrial players
- Position the company’s solutions as market leaders in India
3. Sales Operations & Execution
- Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, deal closures
- Coordinate closely with project and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide regular performance tracking and forecasting to leadership
