Seeking a Human Capital Lead to develop, implement, and manage all human resource functions across the organization. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals, foster a culture of sustainability and innovation, and attract, develop, and retain top talent

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and growth objectives.
• Partner with the leadership team to forecast talent needs and design scalable HR systems.
• Champion a strong organizational culture centred around sustainability, collaboration, and accountability.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract purpose-driven talent across all levels.
• Build a compelling employer brand highlighting our impact and sustainability mission.
• Implement fair, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and execute engagement initiatives that reinforce the company’s mission and values.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment that motivates and inspires employees.
• Organize team-building, wellness, and recognition programs.
