Our client is a climate-tech company building a technology platform to transform industrial and commercial water and wastewater operations. By combining IoT-enabled systems, real-time data, and process intelligence, the organization helps facilities improve compliance, efficiency, and reliability. The platform addresses a large and growing market where most treatment plants underperform due to lack of expertise and visibility, enabling better water management outcomes at scale.

The client is seeking an Industry Sales Lead – West to drive enterprise sales across Gujarat, focusing on industrial customers such as manufacturing units, infrastructure players, and processing plants. This is a penetration-driven role requiring strong existing industry relationships, technical solution selling capability, and the ability to independently build and scale a regional market.


Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Industrial Sales

● Leverage existing connections in Gujarat industries

● Identify high-value accounts and penetrate decision-making layers

● Present IoT-enabled technical water management solutions

2. End-to-End Revenue Ownership

● Manage full sales funnel: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure

● Drive revenue targets independently

● Build sticky, multi-year enterprise accounts

3. Relationship Management

● Develop trust with plant heads, EHS heads, operations teams, and CXOs

● Build repeat business and expansion within accounts

4. Market Intelligence

● Monitor regulatory landscape and compliance needs

● Identify white-space opportunities within industrial clusters
