About the Position
The client is looking for a motivated and talented candidate for a managerial position in ESG & Sustainability to join its growing technical team. This role will be the front line for the technical team. A dynamic persona, she/he will go out and meet clients to provide an understanding of ESG & Sustainability products and services. The role will also involve handling the technical team as well as projects.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that a management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the international standards.
- Develop and implement organization’s strategy and policy relating to ESG services.
- Coordinate the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring accurate and timely disclosure of relevant information.
- Stay informed about evolving ESG reporting frameworks and standards such as BRSR, GRI, TCFD etc.
- To ensure that continual improvement is going on after implementing the system.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies that improve environmental performance and sustainability across product lifecycles.
- Lead research and development initiatives for sustainable products, integrating eco-design, circular economy principles, and cleaner technologies.
- To handle the turnkey projects in water and wastewater for sectors.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and technology providers for knowledge exchange and joint innovation.
- To conduct the analysis of customer feedback and to identify the customer satisfaction level.
- Correspondence/liaison with customers for obtaining feedback and analyzing customer feedback (complaints, if any) to plan and initiate corrective & preventive actions.
- To verify and review technical records and reports.
