About The Company
A venture studio dedicated to decarbonization aims to cut 1GT of emissions from
the industrial segment by 2035. They support deep-tech startups focused on sustainability,
energy, and hardware innovation. One of their key initiatives is driving visibility and engagement
for these startups across digital platforms.
They are looking to hire a Marketing Associate who can work closely with their leadership team to
amplify the story of what the venture studio is up to by enhancing our digital presence, promoting their startups, and building engagement with the ecosystem.
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Work Experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in deep-tech, energy, or hardware startups.
- Experience managing digital media platforms like LinkedIn, WordPress websites, newsletters, and podcasts.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and design campaign management.
- Experience promoting early-stage startups, incubators, or accelerators is a plus.
3. Desired Skills & Traits
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, website management (WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Ability to create compelling content and designs (blogs, newsletters, case studies, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
- Familiarity with podcast promotion and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and management skills.
