About the Role

The client is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead global marketing execution, campaign management, CRM enablement, content development, and external engagement. This role will support lead generation, sales enablement, event participation, and reporting across global campaigns while working closely with leadership, BD, presales, and field sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing & Lead Generation

● Manage execution of global marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid, social) to generate qualified leads.

● Coordinate with India BD, presales, and field sales to provide campaign assets, templates, and guidance for local execution with Marketing Coordinator.

● Manage execution of high-value content development for thought leadership, product launches, investor materials, and sector-specific campaigns.

CRM & Sales Enablement

● Lead deployment, management, and optimization of HubSpot for automated workflows, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.

● Provide dashboards and reporting to CMO and BD teams to support pipeline visibility, campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement.

● Support sales teams with templates, email nurture campaigns, and lead-scoring mechanisms.

Event & External Engagement

● Manage global event participation, international conferences, webinars, and executive speaking opportunities.

● Develop presentation decks, briefing materials, and event-specific content.
