About the Role

In this role, you will spearhead efforts in enhancing process and operational excellence, building high-performance teams, and leading the organization through a pivotal efficiency upgrade through digital transformation. Reporting to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in helping them set new benchmarks of operational excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Operational Leadership: Lead the entire HVAC operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all active sites and projects.

• Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.

• Oversee project management for installation, repair, and maintenance services, ensuring

  projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce project cycle times.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, other function heads, and partners.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Leadership and team development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellence in all areas of operational excellence.

  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of regional operations managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop a second line of leadership within the operations teams to support succession planning and business growth.

• Compliance & Safety: Develop and enforce safety standards and procedures to protect employees, customers, and the environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Anticipate project risks, resolve project issues, and ensure adherence to schedules.

• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs to ensure the profitability and financial health of HVAC operations

• Technology & Innovation: Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline operations, enhance service delivery and improve data accuracy.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in HVAC technology to maintain a competitive edge.
