Seeking a hands-on Plant HR Manager to lead all HR functions at the plant level. This role focuses heavily on blue-collar workforce management, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and daily coordination with plant leadership. It requires someone comfortable operating on-ground, ensuring workforce discipline, regulatory adherence, and smooth operational support within a manufacturing setup


Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

● Manage end-to-end hiring for plant workforce (operators, technicians, contract labor).

● Handle attendance, shift management, overtime, and contractor coordination.

● Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to plant policies.

● Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively.

Compliance & Statutory Management

● Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.

● Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, wages, and other compliance matters.

● Liaise with government authorities and handle inspections when required.

Payroll & Administration

● Oversee payroll inputs and coordination with finance/accounts teams.

● Manage leave records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

● Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.
