As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the organization's products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products meet the needs of customers and support overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Product Ownership: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; translate them into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products that meet market demands.
- Customer Focus: Act as an advocate for end-users, ensuring the product provides exceptional value to customers.
- Product Analytics: Collect and analyze data, customer feedback, and stakeholder input to create and manage a strategic product roadmap and identify new opportunities.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Develop pricing and positioning strategies.
- Product Marketing: Contribute to the creation of user flow diagrams, wireframes, graphic design, and product marketing brochures.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies. Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proven experience in gathering inputs, devising solutions, and detailing requirements in PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to break down product milestones in a prioritized manner aligned with business goals.
