About the Role**

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and support our business goals
Responsibilities
- Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Product: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and translate them into
detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products that meet market demands.
- Customer Focus: You are the advocate for all of our end-users! You take great care in making sure that our product provides exceptional value to our customers.
- Product Analytics: To collect and analyze data, feedback, and viewpoints from the customers and other stakeholders for creating and managing a strategic roadmap for a successful product implementation and to identify new opportunities.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Develop pricing and positioning strategies for the product.
- Product Marketing: Comfortable creating user flow diagrams, wireframes, graphic design, and product marketing brochures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
others.
- Proven experience gathering inputs, devising solutions, and detailing requirements in PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experienced in breaking down product milestones into prioritized fashion aligned with business goals.
