The organization is a pioneering cooling-as-a-service (CaaS) startup driving energy efficiency and sustainability. With a goal to cut 29 million tons of CO₂ emissions by 2030, they’re helping India move toward Net Zero. They are dedicated to continuous innovation and data-driven solutions that empower clients to achieve sustainability goals while significantly reducing energy costs. The organization is seeking a highly experienced Head of Projects to lead the execution of large-scale HVAC projects. This role reports to the COO and is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep technical and leadership experience, particularly in HVAC project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate across operations, procurement, finance, and design teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors
• Build and manage a high-performing projects team, with a focus on succession planning
• Implement quality assurance, risk management, and compliance protocols
• Monitor budgets, drive financial performance, and mitigate project-related risks

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of project management experience, including 5+ in a leadership role
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Proven track record delivering HVAC projects worth ₹50 Cr+
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and sustainable design
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
