Our client is a climate-tech company building a technology platform to transform industrial and commercial water and wastewater operations. By combining IoT-enabled systems, real-time data, and process intelligence, the organization helps facilities improve compliance, efficiency, and reliability. The platform addresses a large and growing market where most treatment plants underperform due to lack of expertise and visibility, enabling better water management outcomes at scale.

The client is seeking a Regional Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth across the western region while also contributing to overall sales operations. This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with team coordination and strategic execution. It requires someone who can independently generate and close deals, manage customer relationships, and build a structured sales engine while working closely with leadership to scale the business.


Responsibilities

● Reach out to potential customers via outreach, networking, events & social media, respond to inbound enquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition

● Set up meetings with potential customers, identify key decision makers, prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on the DigitalPaani product to educate them on how it can benefit them

● Proactively address customer queries, wishes, objections

● Negotiate and close sales deals

● Provide feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams.

● Stay informed on industry trends.

● Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers to continuously grow the account.

● Implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objective

● Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and forecast revenue

● Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals

● Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members

● Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities
