The organization operates large-scale manufacturing facilities and serves contractors, builders, and infrastructure projects across India and international markets. Its mission is to drive circular economy adoption in construction while preventing large volumes of plastic waste from reaching landfills.
They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and market expansion for alternative shuttering and construction materials. The role focuses on enterprise account management, channel development, and concept selling to contractors, developers, and consultants. The position requires strong technical-commercial capability and regional market leadership.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales leadership, and/or channel management.
- Prior experience in formwork / shuttering systems preferred.
- Exposure to non-wood shuttering solutions (plastic boards, engineered boards, alternative materials) is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving ₹1–2 Cr minimum monthly sales in previous roles.
- Experience in concept selling and launching new / disruptive products in traditional markets.
Revenue & Market Growth
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, value, revenue, and market share targets.
- Drive high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured selling and disciplined pipeline management.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, key projects, and high-growth opportunities.
- Build short-term wins and long-term strategic pipelines, including large contractors, marquee projects, and institutional accounts.
- Sell across applications- primary focus on shuttering, with ability to expand into cladding, flooring, and allied solutions when required.
