About the Role
The Business Development and Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding our marketplaceās reach and customer base. This individual will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new manufacturers and suppliers, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers of green building materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market
penetration.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Management
- Guide new suppliers and manufacturers through the onboarding process to the
platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and
address any concerns or issues.
