About the Role
We seek a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth by direct sales in the western region as an individual, and also coordinate sales operations for the company by working with other team members. This role involves lead generation, deal closure, managing customer relationships, managing sales team members, and leading the entire sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations (Across regions, company-wide)-50%
- Implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objective
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and forecast revenue
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Implement and manage sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales team members
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and revenue
