Our client is looking for a Senior Manager/ Head of Marketing to lead brand building, demand generation, and category leadership as the company scales toward ₹100 Cr ARR and expands globally. The role requires creating a strong inbound and outbound marketing engine, driving PR and ESG-led storytelling, executing high-impact digital campaigns, and working closely with sales and customer success to accelerate growth and establish market leadership.
Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Build and run a demand generation engine across inbound/outbound channels, ensuring consistent MQLs and pipeline contribution
- Inbound Marketing
- Build a strong inbound engine leveraging content, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns to consistently generate MQLs
- Outbound Marketing
- Design and execute outbound campaigns (ABM, targeted outreach, cold campaigns, CSR/Sustainability connects) to create high-quality opportunities
- Event Management
- Plan, manage, and drive ROI from industry exhibitions, sustainability forums, CSR events, and company-hosted experiences
- Brand & Communication Strategy
- Position the company as a global category leader in sanitary waste recycling through PR, ESG storytelling, events, and thought leadership
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage LinkedIn, email, ads, account-based marketing, SEO/SEM campaigns
- Own website and landing pages; optimize ROI using analytics and CRM platforms
- Sales & Customer Success Alignment
