About the Organization

Our client is a climate-tech SaaS startup building cloud-based software to help industrial manufacturing companies manage and monetize their sustainability journeys using AI and blockchain. The platform includes modules for GHG/ESG measurement, net-zero roadmaps, supplier integration, value-chain emissions tracing, green certification, emissions reduction support, sustainability-linked finance access, and carbon credit generation. The business model is SaaS subscription-based, with focus on industrial manufacturing-led companies in India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The client is seeking a Senior/Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and build a structured, high-performance sales engine across South and West India. This is not just a territory role, it involves owning strategic industrial accounts, managing CXO-level conversations, shaping go-to-market execution, and contributing to pricing and expansion strategy.


Key responsibilities

● Lead and manage sales in the South and Western region (India)

● Own enterprise sales cycles from outreach to closure

● Build and expand relationships with key industrial clients especially from Steel industry

● Define and execute go-to-market and pricing strategy

● Drive revenue growth and account expansion

● Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams


Key requirements

● 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales

● Understanding of industrial sectors like steel, cement, power, and automotive

● Proven ability to close large strategic deals and manage CXO-level stakeholders

● Strong communication and commercial skills

● Passion for sustainability and climate-tech
