Location- Delhi, India

The organisation is the world’s first sustainability startup leveraging AI, Robotics, and IoT to combat food waste. Their innovative platform enables major household food brands to manage their food waste while enhancing traceability, building trust, and efficiently achieving sustainability.

They are seeking a Software Developer with 2-4 years of experience in Django and Python to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have exposure to React, Expo, and Git/Bitbucket and a strong analytical mindset. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS is a plus. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Python.
• Work collaboratively with frontend teams using React and Expo to build interactive applications
• Use Git/Bitbucket for efficient version control and team collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases (preferred) for data modelling and optimization.
• Assist in AWS deployment and cloud infrastructure management (good to have).
• Analyse complex problems and provide well-structured solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Django and Python development.
• Exposure to React and Expo for frontend integration.
• Proficiency in Git/Bitbucket for source code management.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database, and REST APIs.
