Starting with steel, their AI- and blockchain-powered SaaS platform enables manufacturers to measure, reduce, and monetise their CO₂ footprint—from mill-level data capture to carbon credit generation. They are also scaling biochar production and a green-steel marketplace, offering clients a comprehensive toolkit to produce and trade truly low-carbon steel.
This is a strategic regional role focused on driving enterprise SaaS sales in North India. The position involves leading outreach and conversion across key industrial clients, managing long sales cycles, and building deep relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint across Northern India, contributing to both revenue and impact goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own enterprise sales efforts across North India
- Drive outreach, client engagement, and full-cycle deal closure
- Build and expand relationships with large industrial and manufacturing clients
- Define regional go-to-market strategies and optimize pricing tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, solutions) to deliver tailored pitches
- Identify and unlock account expansion opportunities within existing clients
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in the steel or manufacturing sectors
- Prior experience handling North India markets
- Track record of managing CXO-level conversations and closing large strategic deals
- Familiarity with industrial sectors such as steel, cement, power, or automotive
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
