About The Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial heat pumps, specializing in high-temperature
solutions. Their mission is to contribute to reducing 50MT of CO2 emissions and grow into a multi-billion-dollar company within the next decade.
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or
a related discipline is highly desirable.
2. Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering management within
the manufacturing sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in the thermal fluid systems domain with experience in design,
development, and production of industrial heat pumps or similar thermal
systems.
- Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Prefer a hands-on experience with refrigeration/heating systems including
heat pumps, vapor absorption (or absorption) machines (VAMs), boilers,
design of heat exchangers.
3. Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day interactions with the production plant, ensuring all the
relevant details required for Manufacturing complying to the standards are
provided
- Own the development and field learning database of reports for continual
learning and refinement
- Support vendor development, validation, and onboarding
